Cognpix ("we", "our", or "the App") is an AI-powered creative tool that helps you generate images and videos from text descriptions and uploaded photos. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Cognpix.
We designed Cognpix with privacy in mind. The App operates primarily on your device, storing your creative works locally. We aim to collect only the minimum information necessary to provide AI generation features.
We do not collect facial information. Cognpix does not perform facial recognition, facial profiling, or biometric analysis of any kind. Photos you upload are used solely as creative input for AI generation and are not scanned to identify, categorize, or store facial features or biometric data.
Cognpix does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personal identifiers. We do not track your location. We do not build advertising profiles based on your activity.
We do not collect facial information from any image you upload or generate. Your face, if present in a photo, is never extracted, indexed, or stored as biometric data.
When you create content, you may provide:
• Text prompts describing what you want to generate
• Photos selected from your device gallery through the system photo picker
• Generated images and videos saved to your device
Text prompts and images are sent to third-party AI service providers to perform generation. These providers process your inputs temporarily to return results. We do not use your content to train models on your identity, and we do not collect facial information as part of this process.
Cognpix stores your generation history, preferences, and created works on your device using local database and storage mechanisms. This data remains on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the App. We do not upload your local gallery of creations to our servers.
Cognpix uses the Android photo picker to let you choose images. The App only accesses photos you explicitly select. We do not browse your entire photo library in the background. Selected images are used only for the specific generation task you initiate. We do not collect facial information from selected photos.
Images and videos created through Cognpix are saved in the App's private storage area on your device. You may optionally save them to your device gallery. We do not claim ownership of your creations. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
To provide AI generation capabilities, Cognpix communicates with external AI infrastructure providers. When you submit a generation request, your prompt and selected image data are transmitted securely over encrypted connections. Providers process this data to return generated results. We select providers that maintain industry-standard security practices. We do not collect facial information and do not permit providers to use your uploads for facial recognition purposes.
Cognpix is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please uninstall the App and delete any locally stored content.
Data stored locally on your device persists until you delete individual artworks, clear App data, or uninstall Cognpix. We do not retain copies of your prompts or images on our own servers beyond what is technically required for the immediate generation request.
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit, including use of HTTPS for network communications. Local data is protected by your device's operating system security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
You can delete individual creations from the gallery at any time. You can clear all App data through your device settings. You can stop using photo-based features and use text-only generation if you prefer not to upload images. Uninstalling Cognpix removes locally stored App data from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's features or practices. Updated versions will be available within the App. Continued use of Cognpix after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Cognpix explicitly does not collect facial information. We do not analyze, store, or share facial biometric data. Images are processed only as whole creative inputs for AI art generation. This commitment applies throughout every feature of the App, including image-to-image, style transfer, and image-to-video creation.
